“Touch the people with your photographs”, make them feel. Take them to the place where your picture was taken or let them know or imagine something about the people, places or animals on your portraits. You should create moods and emotional responses; transmit states of mind, sensations and feelings. Creating technically perfect images is not enough. As a photographer, you should use your skills to create photographs which express the deepest human emotions: Sadness, happiness, anger, fear, disgust, surprise, compassion, sorrow, rage, hunger. Pictures that really show us the meaning of what it’s like to be a human being. That’s the true essence of photography.
